Good service, but I didn't care for the attitude of the service advisor.

Perfect, the time and attention Hendersonville Chevy took to find the exact car I was looking for and the effort they made to ensure i was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle through this dealership and salesman and sales manager. Sam Ballou and Wes Duffy were the best, My best experience to date

Had front brakes and rotors replaced, as well as my gas fill door fixed while I waited. The jobs were done in a very timely manner, and off I went to enjoy the rest of my day.

We had a really good experience here. Our salesman was really good at making us feel welcome. All the personnel we spoke with appeared to be honest and forthcoming and seemed to have our interest in mind.

Everything went smooth - Got the Truck we wanted at a price we were willing to pay - Noah was great! Will not hesitate to recommend!

I called to see about my recall, the lady put me in hold to get correct info and came back and told me what they were gonna do and had me make an appt. I did and showed up and they said they couldn’t do anything because they don’t have a resolution. I took off work and drove 45 min one way for nothing. It wasn’t my idea for the appointment. I was told I needed one.

Enjoyed the low pressure sales approach at Henderson. Our initial interaction with salesman (Gauge) was very positive. The sales manager and business manager also worked with us to meet our needs in short order.

Everything and everyone at Henderson Chevrolet was great. It was the best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had. The entire process was super smooth and quick. Well ended up with a great extended warranty and it didn’t raise our payment very much at all. They gave us a very fair amount for our trade and the price of the truck was great as well. Everyone was so caring and friendly. The worked with us because we both couldn’t be in there together due to one of us having to care for our special needs son. They setup everything on our new truck and took the time to explain it all to us so we understood. Ty and Sam along with Jeremy were great and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back for service and any future vehicle purchases

They did everything I requested. Found a problem with a rotor and let me know about the problem. Did not get it fixed at that time.

I had been to 9 car lots the last year looking to get into a good dependable vehicle. Not one lot would work with me to find a loan. I had purchased a Chevy Cruze from Superior Auto that has cost me over $20,000 in payments. The car broke down after the first year. I travel an hour to work and my home depends on my job. The guys at Henderson Chevrolet teamed up to make sure they found me a loan and got me into a very dependable car. These guys went the extra mile when no one else would. They were a life saver. I will purchase again later in time. This is how a car lot supose to work. Show these guys some love, they are doing a great job.
